Dear Manufacturer/Supplier,

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) is seeking to procure the following table tennis equipment for its South Centre in Bengaluru. As a manufacturer/supplier, you are eligible to participate in this process.

Please submit your QUOTATION, with all necessary specifications, to accounts@ttfi.org by Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

A final decision will be communicated to you.

Please include the following in your QUOTATION, besides the price at which you offer each item:

1.      Tables: (26 Nos.). THEY HAVE TO BE ONLY ITTF-APPROVED TABLES. Include the brand name and send leaflets.

2.      Flooring: (1700 sq. mtr.) Provide specifications such as thickness, length, breadth, colour, etc.

3.      Balls: (500 dozen) Multiple types of balls (ONLY ITTF-APPROVED BALLS) with their ratings.

4.      Arenas/Surrounds: (300 Nos.). They should be supplied with the cover.

5.      Multi-ball basket with trollies: (06 Nos.) Six numbers only.

6.      Ball Pickers: (36 Nos.). In different sizes available with you.

7.      Robot: (01) One only. Automatic ball-throwing robot that is suitable for the national academy. Specify all features.

8.      Spinsight: The skill analysis equipment is for assessing players’ performance and improvement. Whether indigenously manufactured or the required items can be procured for SAI from foreign manufacturers.

Provide a timeline for supplying the equipment to Bengaluru.
